Khaos Softball Club, founded in 2017 by Nate & Amanda Crane, is a locally run, 501c3 non-profit, competitive fastpitch organization in the Greater Wichita, Kansas Metro area.
Our Mission is to continue our growth by building a strong foundation in which our young athletes can begin to develop important life skills that will benefit them and their futures. As an organization, we are rooted in the basics, so we strongly emphasize teaching fundamentals, positive attitudes, and always supporting our teammates. We work to ensure that every athlete enjoys their experience by fostering a culture that allows each athlete to build their self-confidence through their successes & failures.
Studies have overwhelmingly continued to support the facts that girls who play sports perform significantly better in the classroom because they learn key teamwork and goal-setting skills, which reduces stress, helping to fight depression by building self-confidence and improving their self-esteem. Girls who play sports are also significantly less likley to smoke or vape and have a reduced chance of developing cancer or osteopororsis later in life. Over 80% of women holding C-Level positions today also report having participated in competitive sports at some point during their childhood.
